Small Things Matter
May 20, 2019We might not think so, but all the little decisions we make are important.
When you plan on getting up at 5:30 Monday morning to workout, then you hit the snooze for an extra 15 minutes when it goes off, may not seem like a big deal at the time, but you are telling your subconscious mind that this is really not that important.
You are setting the stage for who you are BEcoming.
So, choose wisely as you progress through your days. Think about the long term ramifications of your small decisions. Sure, the outside world might not notice, but your internal world is being built off every decision you make.
