ONE THING

After you have chosen the ONE area of your life that you want to change, (SEE YESTERDAY'S LIVE AND BLOG here liverockfit) it's time to pick the ONE habit that will get you closer to your outcome.

Ex: If you want to lose 10 pounds in the next 60 days, what is ONE thing you can do to help you get that outcome?  Think small.  Think that you CAN do it on your worst day.

Ex: Drink 1/2 your body weight in water everyday for the next 60 days.

Now, it's your turn.  What is ONE, SMALL, habit you could do each and every day no matter what to get you closer to your goal?
