Little Ninja
Jan 17, 2017Have you ever tried to ninja your day?
I wake up at 5:00 a.m. and go to bed around 10:00 p.m. Between those hours I try to ninja my day. Yes, I have projects to complete, a workday at the office, a workout to get in, take care of my mom with Alzheimers, and take care of general stuff like grocery shopping, filling up the gas tank, cooking, and somewhat picking up around the house. No different than most folks, right?
How come I can never get everything done? Do you complete everything you want to do in your day? It's freakin hard!
I have decided I need to take some desperate ninja action on my day to get to the bottom of the list so to speak. I am waking up tomorrow and I am going to create my "must do" to-do list. Three things that MUST happen. Then I'm going to pick the MIF (Most Important First) item and slaughter it. Then the second item, then the third, until I ninja through all three. Then I'm going to complete one "lower tiered" item just for bonus points.
I believe having the list in front of me and focusing on ONE THING at a time will help. I'll report back tomorrow night and let you know how it went.
If you struggle with completing your to-dos or must-dos, maybe try to ninja along with me. If we create this urgent, ninja mindset, we may be able to power through our projects.
It is time to get our ninja gear on and power up.
