Just BE it

You can only do and have what you ARE.
If you don't have what you want in your life, it is because you are not the type of person that has what you want. Until you start BEing that type of person, you will not have it.
If you are 50 pounds overweight, it is because you are BEing an overweight person. Of course this precludes anyone that has a health issue that hinders them from losing weight. If you want to BE a fit, healthy, person, you need to change who you currently are and live from the new healthy, fit, you.
Until you understand this concept, you will keep repeating the habits that have gotten you to being 50 pounds overweight in the first place.
This week we will discuss the topic of habits and how habits can help transform your life. No matter if the goal is health, relationships, finances, career, business, anything you want to change.
The first step is realizing that you can't have something new without changing who you ARE.
You can BE, DO, HAVE anything you want. You just need to commit to BEing the person that has it, so you can do what is necessary to get it.
