Accelerated Cardio

Have you ever used accelarated cardio during your workout?

If not, give it a whirl for some killer results.

What is accelarated cardio?  It is mini cardio sessions during your workout.  What?!? Yes, instead of rest periods, you keep your heart rate pumping by doing cardio instead of your normal breaks.

An example would be, it's leg day and you are on the leg press machine doing four sets of 12 repetitions.  After your first set of 12, you would hop of the leg press machine and instead of resting you would do 30 to 60 seconds of mountain climbers.  You would do this between each set. Intense!

If you don't want to do mountain climbers, you could do jumping jacks, kettle bell swings, high knees, step ups, etc. Just keep moving.  

I think if you try it for a week you will be hooked on the results.  Fat burning results!!
